How to tag

No need to make new tags!
We will accept tags from other consignment sales.

Things you need to have on your tag

Your consignor number
Remember you dont have to retag your items if they were in another sale.
Your consign0r # will be initial of your last name, last 4 digits of your phone number, initial of your first name.
(ex. name Jan Smith, phone # 123-4567. Her consigner # would be S4567J)

Price items in $1.00 or .50 increments. Competitively price your items. PRICE TO SELL! What would you pay? Normally 25-30% of retail is a good general figure to go by when pricing your items. We'd rather give you a bigger check than a lot of unsold items!

Please size according to how it fits not necessarily what the tag says but be sure to indicate this on the description area

Brand of item should be listed first
Inculde Girls, Boys, Teen, Jrs, Ladies or Mens in your description.
this is where you would list the condition of the item.
And number of items (ex. top and short set)

Half Price
If you DO NOT WANT your item sold for half price place a red X on
your tag.
An X indicates that you do not want that particular item discounted on Saturday.
(You must physically put an X in the corner)
Please consider allowing 1/2 price the last day.

Your tag should look like this if you are making them for this sale.

For tags, use 3 1/2 by 5 index cards.
Tag to the right side of clothing (if the clothing is facing you) Hangers should be pointed left.

On garments, attach the tag with a safety pin near the upper right side of the garment. All clothing items should be hung with the hook facing left. Please use safety pins to hang pants rather than folding them over the hanger

Ziploc bags are best for shoes. Place the card on the inside of the Ziploc bag. If shoes won't fit in a Ziploc, tie or pin laces together, or use rubber bands on loafer type shoes. Pin card securely to shoes. Cards will be removed at check-out, so please remember this as you determine how to affix your cards.

I am wondering if you want people to register with you or notify you before consigning or is it okay to just show up on the drop off day?
